No waist belt/tie for swimsuits and shawls
Photos and previous reviews show that this item came with a waist belt/tie allowing it to be worn open. The one I received didn't have a waist belt/tie or even loops for it. I wanted to wear it as a dressing gown, I can't live without a tie. Damn.
