Great strap overall. I've been using a leather strap with a watch for almost 10 years and thought I'd risk this strap as it seemed good value for money. Absolutely not disappointed with the quality. Looks like a decent replacement and the weight is pretty good too. The only problem I had was that I had to take a pair of rounded pliers and bend the two pieces of metal outwards on the curved links (under the band, not shown) to get the pins into the holes on the watch. . You may also need to do this. Wasn't a big problem. Putting on the bracelet is not that easy, but after 20 minutes I managed it. Taking out the links on the strap to make it fit was pretty easy with the tools provided. If the pin doesn't come out all the way, you're doing it on the wrong side. I had to use pliers to pull it out and then just remove the others from the other side. Overall I would recommend.
