I use my controllers 2 to 4 hours a day. I must have been lucky as the last one lasted a while before water damage finally killed it. It was a great replacement for the previous one (which died the same way) and served me well. The overall functionality of the controller was decent. However, for the first week my right analog stick drifted and the r3 was barely responsive, which is typical for a cheap controller. Whether this is a bad batch from a new manufacturer or if they are counterfeit controllers, no idea. But the refills were damn damaged right out of the box and they come with no warranty or customer support. I was also unable to return the product at this point due to Covid19. Did what I needed until replaced with a retail controller.
