A very good RC car for the price. It works for two hours after a solid 3-hour initial charge. Kids love learning how to flatten it and roll over when it climbs things. When he bumps into walls, he can climb up, turn around, and keep moving. We don't have any black spots from him yet, which is a big plus for mom. Works on thick carpet or linoleum. Fast enough to elicit laughter, but not too fast for the child to control. The vehicle comes with a battery and a charger. For the remote control you need normal AA. A screwdriver and extra screws are included, which is nice. The cover protects all cables and plugs of the charger, so that children cannot play with it. You turn off both switches and remove the cover to open and disconnect the battery and connect the charger. It may annoy some people, but no one copies or clogs ports this way. There's also no antenna on the remote to get stuck or broken. Once you reconnect the battery, turn on the car, then turn on the remote and it's synced and ready to go. Kids love that this is more of an adult RC car than a kids car. You set the timer while it charges and do chores before the timer runs out.
