The ability to create custom dashboards is great! I have been able to build some really complex reports in under 30 minutes. There are so many ways you can customize different aspects of it which makes building out new features easy. Some things could be more intuitive (like how to add fields or change layouts). But overall this has helped us solve problems we were having before. We needed something to help our team understand what their customers wanted from them. This allows everyone to work together towards solving those issues.
