I'm 5ft 2in, 160lbs and 38-B. I usually wear L, 14 in pants. After reading the reviews I ordered a size up and got XL. The bottoms fit well and will probably work, not too obtrusive but I would have preferred them to be a bit tighter. short like me, don't expect it to look like the picture. It didn't really bother me though, I found them to be flattering for my pear body type. However, the upper was quite baggy and didn't offer any support. Just be me as I'm smaller in the chest area. The filling cups were ridiculously large and difficult to get in the right position. But since the pads are removable, you can easily replace them with something more appropriate. I think a size larger would fit me so I'm returning this one and may try a different size, but for the price of this suit you could easily buy two and just use the top and bottom that fits your body best .
