If you get reasons there, it's probably user error and you should revoke your qualification. Pay attention to the MAX fill line, because it means what the hell it's supposed to mean. It's better to make room for the sugar and cream, or just leave out that crap because it's for chumbuckets, or maybe your supplier doesn't plan ahead that 700 people want coffee and you run out of coffee in the first damn week . You forget about the damn thing in your stance before you watch and it's a nice surprise later. And in case it rolls behind your counter and you can't find it until you lift the counter, check out the sturdy metal body. As I said, it's legal. However, this product is good to use. Will definitely buy again if inevitably it gets stolen like everything else on board.
