This unit is solid and fairly easy to install. The Phillips head mounting screws for the base were made of inferior material. I snapped one off in the wall while screwing it into a wooden 2x4 popped the rest of the mushrooms trying to install them. I pre-drilled the holes as directed. A quick trip to the hardware store to replace all four screws solved the problem. I lubricated the terminal screws I bought to replace the ones that came with it and there were no more installation issues. I would have liked more height adjustment. My 24 inch monitor seems to sag a little when I pull it out. It was difficult to align my other monitor on the table. I've used an electronic spike finder and laser arm to get the height correct, but still not half an inch. Probably my fault, but something to consider. Using it for a single TV or monitor shouldn't be a problem. I'm just frustrated with dual monitor alignment.
