IF YOU SHAKE IT IT'S NOT WATER
I think it looks amazing after applying my makeup. I spray it on my face a few times. Not too close and it gives a great finish. I saw a review that someone was sent water. Rschunimagu. Above all. It says shake well before use. If a person doesn't have a deficiency, I don't see a problem in that. It's not glitter, it's a shimmer, so I have no idea what people expect from it. But I love it :))
