Bought twice, shame on me
What a piece of junk. I've owned one for 2 years. It worked well until one of the hinges shifted, causing the bezel to detach from the screen and breaking the connection to the screen. Since this model is one of the few laptops available with an optical drive, I bought another one. It had repeated thermal shutdowns and now the fan runs with no image and won't turn off. I'm hoping that once the battery dies, I can restart it, remove the information from it, return it, and find another non-HP laptop.
