This skirt is delightful! Its poofy, comfortable, and the length feels just right. I dont like tutus that are too short or have an elastic band that is too tight. This tutu feels perfect! I bought the purple and black one for my Ursula costume and I am really happy with how it looks! I can't wait for this years Halloween party! =D
