Review on Enhanced PowerBridge TWO-CK In-Wall Cable Management System: Dual Outlet πŸ”Œ with PowerConnect for Flat Screen LED, LCD, and Plasma TV Wall Mounting by Stacy Watkins

Required for TV mount

I don't know much about electricity so when it came time to install our new TV and find a way to hide the wires in the wall AND the DVD I went looking for something player and the Fire Stick to work that would be stupid stupid - proof. LOOK NO FURTHER! Use the templates provided to cut a few holes in the drywall behind the TV and at the bottom of the floor outlet. A few things to keep in mind: (1) Evaluate the placement of the inputs and power cord on the back of the TV before deciding where to place the top box (2) Make sure the area the you want to place is free of piping or pipes. box and (3) ask which socket fits your TV. Some newer models have a 90 degree plug (the cable does not run straight but at a 90 degree angle from the prongs). This makes it difficult to connect multiple things - get a plug extension with inputs on multiple sides to ensure you can use both sockets in the outlet. The cables for this unit are quite stiff and fall through the drywall very easily - you win. You don't need a line to catch them. They mount easily to the wall and are strong enough when you run HDMI, power or USB cables through them. My only downside is you can't add an extra faceplate over the blocks. They have a white faceplate (which is usually hidden behind a dresser or whatever), but in my case it's exposed and now doesn't match other outlets (which have dedicated faceplates). Spring. I've bought this 3 times now and am still happy with other setups.

Pros
  • Included The recessed wall mount plates are hidden behind the flat panel TV mount and should work with the thinnest TV mounts and thinnest TVs on the market.
