The shorts have no mesh underwear.
There is no mesh in the shorts, only the front layer. The material isn't as quick drying as we get for swimwear, it's more like spandex. I bought a set in size 9-10 but it looks like a size 8. The hat in the set is for a 4-5 year old child. Overall I am not satisfied with the pants.
