Several reviews mentioned how "stiff" the wire was and how it broke unevenly when the two sides were separated. I wasn't paying attention because I thought they didn't know what they were doing. Guilty. The quality of these wires is really poor as the sketchy packaging on every other line is a reminder that they are "Made in Germany", even with a couple of toast glasses on the little insert card. I'll bet you $1,000 it's made in China and it's all bullshit. The sheathing of the cables is awfully thick PVC and uneven. In some places the wires almost protrude from the sheath, in others it is very thick. I'm not sure what gear was used, but I've never seen cables of such poor design.
