It smells great but it broke off abruptly on delivery

It smells great but it severely separated on delivery. I tried stirring it but it didn't work and when I applied it to my skin it turned into a weird creamy goo. Exfoliates, but not as well as I would like. The scent is the best thing about this product. I tried this as a cheaper alternative to a more expensive product which I love and although I will use it I probably won't buy it again due to the nasty lumps.
