When the flap is back, it doesn't stay. must have a magnet to stay open.

Overall this is a good case. It is very easy to insert and remove the iPad. I'm a little worried if it opens and falls, the iPad will fall before the defense gets their chance. a slightly narrower case would have been better. it is well made and otherwise protective.
