Very pleased with the condition of the product out of the box. was basically like new. The soundbar was very easy to set up and comes with plenty of cables for easy hookup. It worked right out of the box as soon as it was plugged in, and once I figured out how to get Dolby Atmos content on the devices I use, it responded well. The wireless subwoofer plugged in out of the box and once powered it worked and fed the surround back speakers. They put out a surprising amount of sound for the size of the devices and it was much cleaner than a TV. Speakers I have used before. it, and the volume should not be so high that it can be heard. When in the desert, AC is often used and AC noise would drown out the TV, but there's really no competition at the moment. The overall look is clean, well presented and easy to use. I would only appreciate if the device had an actual display showing what input/audio mode it is currently using. and it's not that I object to a clean look, I just like having a more visual representation that I don't have to decipher.
