When I first saw this product I was surprised that all the reviews were positive. That never happens! Seeing is believing and I say, "Great product, great job for the company. I would give it 5 stars except for a few things regarding the heating. First, I would like the mat to heat up more. heats in a small area. Also, there is only one setting - on or off. I've been playing around with the controller, but the only thing you can change the intensity of is the massage as far as I can tell. Also, like some other reviewers, I think half an hour is too short for a timer. An hour would be better. Both are minor. I can always add my own heating pad and turn the mat back on. What impressed me the most was the massage effect. I never expected the complexity of the sequences it executes. Very relaxing, feels so good. I do not hesitate to return a product that does not meet the requirements. I don't have enough money to spend on a product that doesn't satisfy me and I don't mind going to the post office, I keep my rug.
