This product is great for elevating my leg above heart level to prevent ankle and foot swelling while recovering from a broken leg. Before purchasing, I used pillows that moved at night and needed constant adjustment. This product is comfortable, stable and my swelling is now under control. I'm 5'8" and I think that's the perfect size. I highly recommend.
