I'm not a fan of minimalism and barefoot shoes, but living with plantar fasciitis I'd try something unconventional. And that's just me, but just a few hours a day walking around at home without the "shoes" thing made my feet feel great. I use it for yoga but it takes a while to put it on. It was a good introduction to minimalist shoes and the Vibram brand.
