Update: just a few months later. and 2 relatively small/moderately active cats who use it all the time. The carpet is almost worn out in high traffic areas. Unreal! The majestic should be ashamed. Serious. I'm angry that I wasted my time and money on this pile of junk. The ropes look terrible too. Now I thought I would fix it, but honestly. Is it worth it? I must say that I have had the Armarkat tower for at least 4 years and never showed such signs of use! DO NOT BUY! It's a disposable rig! In addition, the round slings are very small. My little cat is very comfortable in it. If you don't have a small one, I wouldn't recommend it. Actually it was this tower I bought because it wasn't on Armarkat. at least for raven. However, I have noticed that the Armarkatians sell various parts for their towers a la carte on their website. The top drawer isn't very big either. My mancat is medium sized. and he has to curl up to lie there. However, he seems to enjoy it. However, my previous cats never fit in there. and absolutely non-round parts of the sling. Original rating. That's not the Armarkat Tower! A few issues I didn't have with my previous Armarkat. Sisal rope comes off very easily. In fact, it fell off the rounded parts when I assembled it. If you've never built a tower like this, you wouldn't realize that you absolutely have to grab and twist the rope-bound round pieces to screw them into place. As I don't like to send back such a huge thing, especially after assembling the thing. I plan on tapping a few more brackets in different parts. The instructions are really terrible! I literally had to look at photos online to figure out how to assemble. There's something that's making one of my cats sneeze. I'm going to rub it down lightly with a damp soapy cloth first. If I had to do it again I would buy "Armarkat" again. There are a lot of them on Raven.
