In general - you can buy, in my copy there are no double clicks and problems with anything. Pros: The advantage is that it's just a good mouse, comfortable, made of nice materials. Responsive like a wired mouse, no lag. Has some cons: In my opinion, it discharges a little quickly, the charge is enough for 2-3 days.
