Firstly, this is by far the brightest reflective item I have ever purchased and I have 20+ bracelets, armbands, anklets, lanyards , west, . Photons seem to hate this material: every single photon that collides with it immediately turns around and goes back where it came from. You will be seen when you wear this. They are so bright that they can be seen from space. :) Second, the customer service couldn't be better. I ordered wrist and leg bracelets but only received the bracelets. I contacted the seller, Mark, and he sent the leg bands within 12 hours of receiving my email. I later had an issue with the reflective material coming off the neoprene on one of the wrist straps and Mark not only replaced the broken one, he sent me a brand new pair very quickly. So this is a low-risk purchase: if you have any problems, Mark will fix things for you. One thing I don't like is that the velcro is too long. If the strap doesn't fit your foot perfectly, a fairly large hook portion will be exposed and could snag on the cyclist's lycra gear. I want the hook portion to be only an inch long. The 3 inch portion of the loop still allows for a few inches of flex in terms of length. Also not sure why they have both extended velcro and loop closures and are made from stretchy neoprene. Both appear to be designed to allow the strap to fit different leg diameters + clothing, so I'm not sure why you need both. And the stretchy neoprene makes the relatively thin reflective material much more likely to detach from it, like it does Happened to 1 of 4 straps I originally purchased. I would prefer the fabric not to stretch to minimize the risk of failure and just use velcro to adjust the length. I believe these are the brightest reflective tapes you can buy. So if you want to be seen, they will do the job.
