When I got this, it was a regular big scarf, not an endless scarf. I asked for a return and was offered to replace it with the correct product. When the replacement item arrived it was the same as the first item - again NO infinity scarf. I might keep one because I wanted it for an upcoming trip, but I'm not sure because I'm wondering if I'll get annoyed at remembering what happened every time I use it . If I could be sure I was finally getting the correct item I would try to return the other two and try again but I don't want any more hassle so I guess I'll have to order it elsewhere. I am very surprised and disappointed as I have never had a problem with the items Revain have made before. One mistake, okay, okay, but twice in a row? Oh well. In any case, the quality of the large flat scarf is good - just not what I ordered or wanted.
