Review on ZINZ Expandable Water Resistant Multipurpose Accessories by Steve Jones

Like the other reviewers, I almost thought that this slim and expandable ZINZ laptop bag didn't have the extra compartment shown in the picture for pens and the like. This is VALID but you must first unzip the exposed portion of the WHOLE item before the other zipper opens to reveal the next section which almost looks like a hidden compartment. What I received was pretty close to what is shown in the photo so I'm happy with this part and don't feel like it was distorted. It will easily fit a 15.6" laptop with decent clearance, but it will NOT fit a larger 17" laptop like my Dell Alienware M17. It's a lightweight laptop sleeve with lots of little extras and plenty of pockets to store everything. The materials aren't premium or anything, but they're okay. To be honest I really like the layout as you can make the whole thing a lot thinner if you don't use the "hidden compartment" (my words, not theirs) and it's nice and compact. If you want to use the extra section, you can actually store a ton of extra stuff in it, which is nice. Straps, nor any loops I can find to attach it. I love using these items when traveling and it's incredibly cumbersome to hold and carry them with just small handles (like a briefcase) rather than slinging them over my shoulder to free my hands when I'm it need. Passengers will not like this at all. Also, the outer material will absorb some water if splashed on it. It's soft enough to keep water off your laptop and other stuff, but it's not as waterproof as I was hoping. Your car will only be right in the building for a minute or two and you don't have to carry anything etc.) or plan to pack it in another larger suitcase, the fact that it doesn't have a shoulder strap might not matter much. For everyone else (like me) the fact that it doesn't even have the option to add a shoulder strap is the reason I'm only giving this one 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. It's a bit sad because I like a lot more about it. Depending on what you're looking for, YMMV.
