Review on 🎧 Sennheiser SDW 5036 (507020) - Wireless Dect Headset for Desk Phone Softphone/PC & Mobile Phone Connection with Single-Sided Design, Dual Microphone, Ultra Noise Cancelling in Black by Brett Morrison

Good overall but two cons make me replace this with another product.1. The headset is randomly disconnected from the stand (not from the computer that is physically connected via USB, but the headset from the STAND. The battery is fully charged). I have to turn my headset off and on again and pray it connects before anyone notices I'm late for a call. 2. There is no visible indicator on the headset that the microphone is muted, so you have to look at the stand to see it. This is a feature I'm missing on the Logitech H820 that's dead to me and I've replaced it with this set. It's a good thing that I'm more of the "often mute" type than the other way around.
