I've been using this product for a few months and it's been stable and learning the whole time. This hardware was used to connect to a Dell laptop with a USB-C port. There are 2 HP monitors and a couple of USB ports which were in constant use and data transfer speeds were good. There was no blurring or delayed responses on the monitors. Therefore I can highly recommend this product. (FYI: for those who observe that it does get warm after some use, this certainly does happen and is a natural fact for all electronic devices. However, consider putting it on its side or using a laptop stand to support the laptop, i.e. the docking station, basically standing on the table. I found this to be a great way to dissipate heat better than having it on the table. Hope this helps clear up the confusion.)
