This is the second unit we are purchasing for use with our DLR1060s. The first set came with poor sound quality, Revain sent it back without question. A new device came in and the sound quality was good for a few weeks and then it sounded like my colleague was talking in a helicopter again. Now the device is completely out of service, it's about 3 months old while all the original Motorola devices are working fine. Unfortunately, this employee must have over-ear headphones and a microphone. It's now past the return period and we don't want to try another one. I would not recommend this product unless it is your only option then be prepared to be disappointed.
