Terrible product, not worth the money at all!
The most significant disadvantage is, of course, the seller, who dishonestly passed off an old vacuum cleaner as new. On the case, there are obvious signs of plastic wear and fingerprints. There are traces of dust in the dust collector, and the metal filter housing has deformed in several places. The primary nozzle shows signs of wear as well, including dust, hair, and abrasions. They are also hesitant to make contact, and the only solution they provide is an offer to return the purchased items; nonetheless, this process is still a hassle for the customer.
