Review on 11 14Mm Stainless Steel Expansion Radial by Tim Armstrong

I ordered this watch strap thinking it would be 14mm wide throughout. When I received it, I found that it's 14mm on both ends and the rest is about half that, so it's only suitable for women's watches. I contacted the seller and informed him of the problem. Within a few days I received a couple more watch straps (two of which I decided to keep as they were perfect) and a check covering all my original costs. I have notified this seller to return the receipt and two unwanted strips. I was told to keep all the tapes and have him return the check. I have already canceled and returned the seller's check. Two unused watch straps were shipped to the seller via USPS with a requested 'Proof of Delivery'. I also asked to be billed for the corresponding difference in price as I installed both watch bands straight away and don't believe in getting anything for free. This seller demonstrates excellent customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending or buying from them again.
