Great tool that keeps customers informed and happy at your business
The ability for the user to type in as much information they want about their product (transaction - no pun intended) or service as possible is great! I dislike how it takes up space when there are other tabs open with more info being displayed than just this one tab. It would also help if we could see an overall trend of what percentage of transactions have each piece/section filled out. That way we know where our gaps may lie so we can take steps towards filling them. This app helps us keep track of all our incoming sales orders without having to manually go through every single order by hand.
Pros
- Easy access, easy navigation., very simple layout.very organized looking.
- Easy uploads from excel files into Tcode database..which makes managing data easier at my end because Excel sheets make tracking difficult while trying not miss anything important that was missed before entering directly within program instead using spreadsheets which sometimes cause errors due forgetting something small but crucial
