I worked as support recruiter in this team for several years, it was very helpful when we were working together with my colleagues because they helped me solve many problems which arose during work process such at time management issues etc... but sometimes i didn't like how fast pace some people here are moving around (because you need be faster all times while managing your boss's expectations), or if somebody made joke about one colleague without considering her mood/ health status - these things bothered us quite often since there is no possibility from manager side not only directly reprimand them. But what happened most frequently? My own bad mistakes! It usually happens so easy just forget something important after couple days passed then realised later by other coworkers :). That means even simple details might cause someone troubles so better double-check everything before submitting anything else than wasting hours thinking "where did he come up?".
