I bought two sets of these boxers for my son. After several washes the elastic waistband on some of the shorts (4 out of 10) deteriorated (became brittle and no longer stretch) and I had to throw the shorts away which was a shame as the material was such good quality. . I was going to order more shorts but decided to email Lucky & Me to let them know about the quality issue. They sent me a brand new kit as a FREE replacement kit and told me to let them know if I run into the same issues (and send pictures) so they can contact their partner factory. If I could give this product 6 stars for outstanding customer service, I would. Thank you Lucky and me! :)
