Almost as expected. Rubber outsole, soft and fluffy inside. These are good quality boys slippers. Nothing pretentious but nice and soft and soft on the inside. My son loves wearing them and I can hardly get him to wear pants so I think it's something. I can't think of any cons, these are slippers. As long as your foot fits in them, meaning they're not too long for a shoe, even if they're too big, they'll still work and be comfortable. I bought these for our cross country move as my kids are used to not wearing shoes indoors but the idea of hotel rugs puts me off. Did the job!
