This adapter is way cheaper than I could find in any store and works great. The product is pretty simple, I put it in my Medela Pump in Style and that's it. The cable is long enough to use freely in the car and you can assemble it compact enough to store in the side compartment of the base pump. I'm not sure every nursing/nursing mother should have a car adapter, in fact I didn't have one with my first child. But I can say that with my second child it made a big difference for me. To each their own but I'm not the type to breastfeed in public and as this is my second child I live with a more complex and stressful schedule, I love being able to rock my car when needed. I always keep a pouch or blanket in my diaper bag so I can hide and pump. Again, I don't know every mom NEEDS this, but if you're thinking about it or need it, give it a try, it works great and is very affordable!
