After looking at many iPad cases, I settled on this one. I was looking for an iPad protector that is easy to use, turns on/off automatically when opened/closed, and is durable at a good price. This case fits perfectly. I particularly like how you put your iPad in a separate compartment that's secured with Velcro so the back of the iPad is always closed, making it less likely to damage it if you drop it and open the lid, unlike many iPad cases that leave part of the back open. when the iPad is placed in a standing position. I wanted a light color case that I could easily find in a large bag so I ordered purple as it was cheaper than red. Without strong lighting, purple appears muted or brown, but in full light it's a pleasing color. It has an outer shell and pen holder that some buyers might be interested in, but they weren't considered when choosing this case over others.
