Versatile, but bands are crap

I like this a lot. The instructions only show exercises to do with the unit round side up, but I use it upside down for tons of stuff like pushups, squats, wall sits, & other things. My complaints are1) One of the bands broke the first time I used it - but I had others so it wasn't a huge deal for me.2) All of the knobs on the flat bottom side make it a little challenging when I use it with the flat side up, but I just work around them.Despite those two things, I think this is a nice addition to my workout equipment.
