For the price I like this Obi style belt (compared to real leather belts in the $50+ price range). I have the cream/smooth one (and I have the same style in black and navy) and it fits me perfectly (size 8). I think the max waist measurement for a proper belt tie at the back is about 33 inches, otherwise you'll just have a portion of the tie that crosses at the back. (Note: the lace-covered version of this belt fits a smaller waist - likely a maximum waist of around 29 inches - provided the thicker part of the belt meets properly at the back.)
