I have read in other reviews that said screws are lost and how difficult it is to use them. When I got it I was ready to learn. Here's the secret: 1) leave the screws alone, 2) find the side with the elastic, 3) open by spreading the sides opposite the side with the elastic. That's all. It works well, holds multiple cards, debit, credit and loyalty cards, I have about 20 of them. Just don't overdo it!
