Easily comparable to more expensive scales. The instructions weren't the clearest at first, but I quickly figured out how to sync the scale with the app on my phone. It's great to be able to take measurements throughout the day and let the app average the data (the given weight can vary wildly throughout the day). I'm a data geek so I appreciate regular updates on my weight, BMI, body fat percentage and more. I didn't like that the app tells me my body age is much older than my actual age, but this is based on data and is entirely my fault. As I make better decisions and continue on my weight loss journey, I look forward to using this tool as a great way to track and monitor progress.
