Does anyone check them before fulfilling orders?

Looks good, good price BUT: When I opened the box to inspect the necklace, one stone was missing a large piece and the other looked like it was in half broken and glued together before threading. The glued stone isn't particularly noticeable, but I can feel a crack where it was glued. All the more annoying that 1 stone is obviously damaged. However, it will do the trick in my meditation and I'm glad it wasn't as expensive as others I've seen.
