Before I bought this I went through headset after headset. The same will happen to them. The wires will come loose and I'll have to wiggle the wires and secure them with something to hold them. Also, the sound was nowhere near the same as those headphones. I can't brag about it! I have had my set for many years. I'm ONLY thinking of buying another one because the pads that go over the ears are a bit worn. The sound is fantastic. The wires never come loose. The only thing, however, is NOT SADES' fault. It comes with a driver download CD, but the cheap companies (now they all seem) that sell laptops don't include the CD! These companies are terrible. First they didn't send CDs to boot computers/laptops (you have to find them online and download them yourself). NO CD-ROMS NOW! But the prices are still there, aren't they? So I have an external CD player that I used to load discs when I bought a new laptop. But what about this headset? That's cool! The cable is strong and long enough. I have the SADE icon at the bottom of my tabs so I can pull it out at any time. You click on the headset image and it comes up where you have all these features to customize the sound to your needs. Equalizer, ambient effects, virtual speaker switcher, you can change the voice pitch and decay, you can enable Surround Sound Max as well as the master volume control that most headphones have. I LOVE this headset! By price? I don't think you get any better with more expensive headsets. Maybe the same, but I don't see you wanting or needing anything better.
