Good but not great.
I chose the medium size for my dog: 21 inches in circumference and 17 inches from neck to tail. The backpack has large pockets and is pretty easy to put on my dog. My complaint with this product is that the adjustment straps don't stay where you put them. They loosen up significantly, especially when the dog is wearing a backpack. I had to adjust the straps to size and then hand sew them to keep them that size. If your dog is carrying this it is important that the two bags are the same weight or it will slip into one. Side.
