Update: Contacted customer service and offered to refund the purchase price plus the extra insurance I paid for. Since they were so eager to fix everything I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I can't give the product a 5 star rating based solely on customer service, the product itself wasn't great. Previous review: I ordered 2 sets. They got installed, it was easy to set up but that's about it. The spacebar creaks terribly! After less than a week of home office use, the space bar started to creak. I ordered a replacement and started using a different one. A few days later it also started to squeak. I bought the protection plan because it was only a few bucks so now I feel compelled to keep it. It will be impractical to constantly swap them out every few weeks!
