Beautiful but broken

The watch is beautiful, I couldn't wait to put it on until I noticed a small diamond that was supposed to be where 12 was broken and inside the watch. It moves inward and stops the movement of the second hand. So now I have to send it back and wait for a new one hoping this one isn't broken.
