I'm 5'11, weigh 170 pounds and usually wear a medium size for all shirts. The average size is tight, but not restrictive. The material is soft and after a few minutes I even forget I'm wearing it. The length is just right - plenty to tuck in and hold, but not too long so it also looks good open. What I really like are the cut and the seams. Many have shirt sleeves that are sewn onto the torso in simple tubes at a downward angle so that when you raise your arms, they pull the torso up. Not this shirt. The sleeves are sewn to give you full shoulder movement without jerking your torso. t shirts This is a great t-shirt for all sporting activities. I have already ordered another one in a different color.
