It was my girlfriends daughters first birthday and I knew I wanted to get her, her first balance bike. My son always loved his so much and was able to ride around on it in the house. I looked at a bunch of cute ones for little girls but this was the cutest color combo with the teal and pink and the kitten on the seat. The seat is padded as well as the handle bars.
