Excellent skirt, the best in my rating
This skirt is great. I bought it for my 4 year old daughter. She wears clothes from 4T to 5T and this skirt fits her perfectly. It's very fluid and full. Well made and great for the price.

- The skirt and leggings may be too thin and not provide enough warmth or protection.
