I ordered based on their size chart (in the pictures).
And the garment fits well. It's tight, but comfortable. My measurements are 45 x 39 x 52 and the XXXL fits well. When I first put it on I thought there was no way it was going to fit, but if you work your way down from top to bottom as you cinch it closed, you will be pleasantly surprised by how well it fits. I'm happy with my purchase.
