Good, depending on head size. However, keep in mind that these glasses are not adjustable. That means if they're too tight on the temples, like in my case, you can't adjust them. So I wore prescription glasses and they had metal legs coated with the acetate they were made of. And this metal can be bent along with the coated material so it can take the shape of your head. These glasses have no metal in the legs so they are just plastic and will stay in the shape they were made in. The ability to adjust the fit on your head is important as the glasses are not very comfortable to wear if you are looking for computer glasses for work and/or school that allow you to sit in front of a screen for more than 8 hours. The frames themselves are beautiful. I love their shape and would love to keep them, but I couldn't wear them for more than five minutes because they pinched my temples so much they gave me a headache. The goggles are very light and if they fit or were adjustable I would expect them to be comfortable.
